Auto Trader: Transformation Digital Workshop

You are employed by the Honey Bee Bakery – officially the creators of ‘Best Cupcake 2019’. The company is thriving and you will be heading its digital transformation to an online business. You will take on the role of each of the six team leaders within the new digital department of the business in turn. As you take on the responsibilities for each business area you will have tasks to complete from designing user research studies to deciding on what marketing Honey Bee Bakery should use to tell people about the new online business.
